David Goggins

David Goggins is the personification of mental toughness and perseverance. He sometimes called the "toughest man alive". He is a retired Navy SEAL, a long distance endurance runner, and a motivational speaker.

David Goggins is an inspiration to people all over the world. He has shown that with the right mindset, it is possible to overcome even the most difficult challenges in life. His story is a testament to the power of determination, hard work, and resilience. Goggins has demonstrated that no matter how insurmountable a challenge may seem, it is possible to overcome it through grit and perseverance.

The Military

David is a retired Navy SEAL chief, and the only member of the military ever to complete US Army Ranger School, Air Force tactical air controller training, and the BUD/s (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL) course.

Long Distance Endurance Runner

After leaving the military, Goggins became a professional ultra-marathon runner and triathlete. He has completed some of the toughest endurance races in the world, including the Badwater 135, a 135-mile race through Death Valley in California, and the Moab 240, a 240-mile race through the desert of Utah.

Motivational Speaker

Goggins is also a motivational speaker and has written a best-selling book, "Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds", in which he shares his philosophy on mental toughness and overcoming adversity.
